We suggest a method of return with a track and trace option. Warranty Claims All agog goods are acceptable to be release of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. Claims for product defects, damages in transit or product shortfalls must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that a (replacements) on account of warranty claims shall only be given on the damaged component. Goods will only be shipped with a track and trace service. We will get these sent out on the 4th when we return.
