In the event that the PO is not in Australian currency quoted price will be firm providing packed payment is received in advance and within 2 weeks of PO acceptance (full payment can be place plus irrevocable LC for remaining balance). In the event and for whatever reason, Globaltech cannot supply a PO in progress or portion of a PO Globaltech shall cancel such PO or piece thereof, and inform the Buyer accordingly and Globaltech shall refund any monies paid by the Buyer against such PO or segment of. The Buyer shall be entitled for a packed refund of any monies paid towards Products that were not delivered, however. The Buyer shall make full payment for Products that was delivered.
