Not surprisingly, for those that are experienced kempo practitioners, techniques can be quite effective without permanently incapacitating your aggressor when required. Failing avoidance of an aggressor, the practitioner is committed to delivering an attack or counter attack so physically incapacitating that the aggressor looses all desire to continue their attack. The jiu long kempo karate practitioner�??s foremost strategy is avoidance of confrontation where possible. The philosophy is simple, or movement, breathing, vision, if you can incapacitate a person�??s balance, you are in an excellent position to engage and overcome an enemy when required.
